Stunning blonde, Amanda Grant, started off her TV career in commercials for such companies as DFS, Persil, Boddingtons, Thomas Cook, PC World and First Choice Holidays. Her naturally sporty looks, brilliant white smile and long legs catapulted her into the modeling world where she has been gracing magazines, catalogues and newspaper ads for the past 10 years.

A member of the Actors Centre for several years Amanda has featured as a Vicar’s wife in ‘What are We Like’ for ITV, an educational programme for Open University for BBC2 called ‘Small Matters’ and in panto with ‘Zig & Zag’ for ‘The Big Breakfast’.

Battling stiff competition from apprx 100 other girls in 2005 brought her to our screens again as the hostess on ‘Jet Set Lottery’’ with Eammon Holmes for the BBC soon followed by series one and now series two of ‘Golden Balls’ with Jasper Carrot for ITV.

Amanda loves all things sporty and plays league Netball. She was trained professionally to play beach volleyball for a live event to promote a new computer game. She also plays tennis, golf, skies and is regularly found exercising on a pilates mat.
